These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 9666 website and platform. By using any 9666 service, you confirm that you are an adult citizen of Bangladesh and agree to comply with these terms.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. 9666 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Creation & Security
Accurate and truthful information is required when creating an account on 9666. Accounts registered with false information may be terminated at any time. Only one account per person is permitted — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Your mobile number and required identification details may be verified at the time of account registration.
Keeping your account password confidential is your full responsibility. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
9666 will never ask you directly for your password or payment PIN.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using 9666, you are required to comply with the following:
- Use your account on the platform for legitimate purposes only.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account.
- Interfering with the platform's normal operations or attempting to hack the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Use of the platform for money laundering or any illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- You must refrain from harassing, deceiving, or engaging in any harmful conduct toward other users.
If any of the above rules are violated, 9666 may take the following actions:
- Temporary Account Suspension
- Permanent Account Closure
- Balance Forfeiture
- Legal Action Where Necessary
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
All transactions on 9666 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Account verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. The same mobile number policy applies for deposits and withdrawals.
9666 sets the minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals and reserves the right to modify them as needed.
In the event of a Terms violation, 9666 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to action in accordance with the relevant policy.
You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before account closure, unless a serious breach of the Terms & Conditions has occurred.
Intellectual Property, Liability & Third Parties
All content, logos, designs, software, and brand elements on the 9666 platform are the exclusive property of 9666. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content beyond personal use.
9666 strives to keep the platform running as smoothly as possible; however, 9666 accepts limited liability for service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or external factors. The platform bears no responsibility for any financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
The 9666 platform may use game providers, payment processors, and other third-party services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies — 9666 is not responsible for their actions.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
9666 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes with as much advance notice as reasonably possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
